The role involves understanding users' situations, having meaningful conversations and helping them gain clarity and perspective on relationships, personal growth and different aspects of their lives.
Role & responsibilities
*Interact with clients from various foreign countries - US, Canada, UK and more.
Understand users' concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized guidance.
Help users gain clarity and perspective on personal and skilled matters.
Maintain a warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely people-oriented communication style.
Preferred candidate profile
*Background in Psychology, Counselling, Life Coach is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English
Active listening and interpersonal skills
Based out of or willing to relocate to NCR
*Comfortable working in shift timing- 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
