Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and healthcare specialists.
Coordinate interviews with hospital HR teams and hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Build and maintain a solid healthcare talent pipeline.
Requirements
Proven experience in healthcare/medical recruitment (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Robust network of medical professionals across India.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS tools (Ceipal, RippleHire, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver closures within timelines.
Engagement Model
Freelance / Contract basis.
Compensation: Per hire / monthly retainer (negotiable based on performance).
