Role & responsibilities
Manage project finance, budgeting, costing and cash flow.
Monitor project profitability, construction costs and cost-to-complete.
Handle bank/NBFC funding, loan drawdowns and lender MIS.
Prepare project-wise MIS, dashboards and financial reports.
Oversee project accounting, receivables and collections.
Ensure GST, TDS, RERA and other statutory compliances.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and ERP-based finance processes.
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in real estate/construction finance preferred.
Solid knowledge of project accounting and project finance.
Experience with bank/NBFC funding and lender reporting.
Excellent Excel, MIS and analytical skills.
ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Highrise, In4 Velocity or similar.
Solid communication and team-management skills.
