Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our Dedicated Analytics Team. The role focuses on analyzing large-scale enterprise data, building business intelligence solutions, improving data quality, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic business and regulatory decision-making.

This is a techno-functional role that combines Business Analysis, Data Analytics, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence. Candidates from Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, Regulatory Technology, or Data Analytics backgrounds with solid analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business insights, and performance indicators.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for business stakeholders.
Work with Data Warehouse teams on data integration, data profiling, and data quality initiatives.
Perform data validation, reconciliation,



root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Design and maintain KPI dashboards and executive reports.
Support data governance activities including metadata management, data lineage, and business rule documentation.
Participate in UAT, requirement analysis, impact analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality analytical reports.
Work with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
