Role & responsibilities

Generate new leads through industrial visits, references, tele-calling, email campaigns and market mapping.
Visit customers and develop relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Production, Quality, Engineering and Plant Heads.
Understand applications and recommend suitable Thermocouples, RTDs, Temperature Sensors, Temperature Tips and related solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical/commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop customers in Pharma, Chemical, Steel, Foundry, Furnace, Automotive, Engineering, Food, Cement and Process industries.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Conduct product presentations, trials and demonstrations at customer sites.
Track enquiries, quotations,



orders, collections and complaints through CRM/Excel/ERP.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and current applications.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and support healthy receivables.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer and chance records.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.

Experience: 23 years in B2B industrial sales / technical sales / business development. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered
