We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and production/technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.
Provide technical and production support for Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Work with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.
Support deployments, testing, monitoring, and release activities.
Develop and maintain integrations and automation within Salesforce/SFMC.

Required Skills
Robust experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Salesforce development and configuration experience.
Experience in Production Support / Technical Support .
Valuable knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, SQL, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio is preferred.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
