Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Informatica & Databricks Developer with strong expertise in data integration, ETL development, and cloud-based data engineering. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data pipelines using Informatica and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica.
Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading across multiple data sources.
Work with Azure/cloud data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformation logic.
Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance, data quality, and production issues.
Implement data integration workflows and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.




Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow best practices for performance optimization, security, and scalable data processing.

Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering.
Solid hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica ETL.
Robust experience with Databricks and PySpark.
Valuable expertise in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and data integration.
Understanding of data lake/lakehouse architectures and cloud data platforms.
Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse.
Knowledge of Delta Lake and Databricks workflows.
Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to cloud migration or modernization projects.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
