? We’re Looking for a Strategic Advisor – Real Estate Technology & AI
At BuildSenseAI, we’re building an AI-native operating layer for real-estate developers.
Our first product, Riddhi, is a WhatsApp-native AI sales agent helping developers manage channel partners, capture broker activity, automate follow-ups and turn fragmented conversations into structured sales intelligence.
As we scale, we’re looking to bring on board a senior real-estate professional as a Strategic Advisor — someone who understands both how real estate works on the ground and how technology/CRM systems enable it.
Who are we looking for?Someone with 15+ years of experience in one or more of:
- Real-estate development / sales operations
- CRM strategy & implementation
- IT / ITES
- Enterprise technology & digital transformation
- Real-estate CRM / ERP systems
- Channel-partner management
- Customer experience & sales technology
Experience as a CIO, CTO, Head of IT, Head of CRM, Digital Transformation Leader, Business Applications Head or senior real-estate technology leader would be highly relevant. What would you help us with?? Translate real-world real-estate processes into AI workflows
? Help us validate and prioritize our product roadmap
? Bring deep domain knowledge into our AI + Real Estate Context Engine
? Help us understand enterprise CRM/IT requirements of developers
? Challenge our assumptions and ensure we're solving the right problems
? Help build relationships with real-estate developers and enterprise decision-makers
