- Handle complete store operations independently (opening to closing)
- Drive sales through customer engagement and consultation selling
- Manage walk-in clients and high-value customers
- Maintain store presentation and overall experience
- Coordinate with helpers / support staff
- Handle billing, stock, and inventory management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales
- Exposure to premium / luxury products preferred
- Ability to manage store independently
- Positive communication and presentable personality
- Basic understanding of store operations
