Store Manager – Premium Retail

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a premium customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve store sales and business targets.
- Drive strategies to increase store footfall, customer engagement, and overall profitability.
- Manage the hiring, training, onboarding, and performance of store team members.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns with a professional and solution-focused approach.
- Ensure the store maintains brand, health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, visual merchandising, and in-store displays.
- Analyse sales and customer trends and prepare regular business and performance reports.
- Manage store administration, including budgets, expenses,



and financial records.
- Monitor inventory, maintain optimum stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer management skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive understanding of retail operations and business management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
