Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Skava retail store in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked with Skava’s product range.

The Store

Manager will monitor customer interactions, resolve escalations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, managing inventory, and preparing routine reports for management. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, training store staff, and ensuring that brand standards and safety protocols are consistently followed.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences.
- Store operations skills, including Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, to effectively manage daily activities and protect assets.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics, hardware, or home improvement products.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
- Comfort with basic sales reporting, inventory management tools, and point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or a related field is preferred.
