We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Men’s Wear Retail Store. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in clothing retail, team management, sales, customer service, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock, inventory,
inward/outward movement, and stock availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, expenses, and store performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and discipline within the store.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, staff, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and store reports.
- Implement promotional activities and strategies to improve store sales.
