WE’RE HIRING | STORE MANAGER

At OPS Jewels , we are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to take ownership of our showroom operations in Karnal .

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the showroom as a whole — from leading the sales team and driving business to maintaining strong standards in customer service, inventory, daily operations, and team discipline .

What the role involves:

- Managing day-to-day showroom operations
- Leading, guiding and monitoring the sales team
- Driving sales and ensuring targets are achieved
- Building robust and lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and operational discipline
- Ensuring the showroom consistently reflects OPS Jewels’ standards
- Coordinating with the management team on business and operational matters

What we’re looking for:

Someone with relevant experience in jewellery retail , strong communication and people-management skills, commercial understanding, and most importantly, a sense of ownership and responsibility .
