nRole Overview: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to take

ncomplete ownership of Mason Home’s Bandra store. You will be responsible for store sales,

ncustomer experience, team management, inventory and day-to-day operations, while ensuring

nthe store consistently reflects Mason Home’s premium brand standards.

nKey Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience
n

nOwn store sales targets and drive revenue through active selling, upselling and repeat business

nBuild robust relationships with customers and provide personalised product guidance

nMonitor sales performance, customer trends and product demand to identify growth

nopportunities

nHandle customer concerns and ensure a high-quality in-store experience

n

n2.Store Operations & Inventory

nOversee daily store operations including opening/closing, billing and cash handling

nManage inventory, stock movement, replenishment and regular stock audits in

ncoordination with the warehouse

nTrack fast- and slow-moving products and highlight stock requirements





nMaintain store presentation, visual merchandising, product displays and overall brand

nstandards

n3.Team Management

nLead, manage and motivate the store team to deliver sales and service targets

nPlan rosters, weekly offs and floor coverage

nTrain the team on product knowledge, selling and customer experience

nReview performance and provide regular feedback and guidance

n

n4.Business Coordination & Reporting

nMaintain accurate sales, inventory and operational reports

nShare store insights, customer feedback and key action points with the management team

nCoordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaigns, events, launches and other

nstore initiatives

nIdentify opportunities to improve store performance and contribute to the overall growth

nof the retail business

nWhat You’ll Bring:

n4-7 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in premium/luxury, home

ndécor, furniture or lifestyle

nStrong track record of driving sales and managing store teams

nExperience handling inventory, POS, cash management and day-to-day store operations

nStrong customer handling, communication and relationship-building skills

nGood eye for aesthetics, presentation and attention to detail

nStrong ownership, problem-solving and decision-making skills

nProactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing
