- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets; analyze sales data and take corrective action on shortfalls.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; manage shift scheduling and attendance; conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage ordering and merchandising.
