We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage our outlet operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Handle and guide staff
- Monitor sales and targets
- Manage Petpooja/POS and cash closing
- Check stock and reduce wastage
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints
- Prepare daily reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Restaurant/F&B; experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Team handling experience
- Petpooja/POS knowledge preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
