We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and lead the store team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations, sales, and customer experience.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Store Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify manpower requirements and support in hiring Store Executives when needed.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the central team and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fashion/womens apparel retail.
- Solid team management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and sales.
- Ability to independently manage a store and lead a team.
