- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Supervise and manage all café employees and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure employees follow proper personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Ensure employees wear clean and proper uniforms, hairnets, gloves, and other required safety items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café, kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
- Regularly check and ensure that employees maintain clean hands, nails, uniforms, and personal appearance.
- Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, utensils, counters, tables, floors, and other areas.
- Monitor food handling and storage practices and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of food, beverages, packaging, and other materials.
- Check stock levels, expiry dates, and proper storage of products.




- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure valuable customer service.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and store-related reports.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular cleanliness and hygiene checks and take corrective action when required.
- Report operational issues and requirements to management.
- Ensure the café is ready and properly maintained before opening and after closing.

Pay: ₹12,123.98 - ₹42,076.04 per month
