About Mezziki

Mezziki is a new-age Mediterranean QSR bringing fresh, flavourful bowls, pitas, hummus and more to Bengaluru.

We are building our first store and are looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and help us build a strong team and customer experience from the ground up.

What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train and motivate the store team.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
- Manage billing, cash, inventory and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the team follows Mezziki's SOPs and operating standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Work towards store sales and operational targets.

What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurants or F&B.;
- Prior experience in a supervisory or store-management role.




- Strong people-management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory and cash handling.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
