- Manage the day-to-day operations of the textile store.
- Supervise and guide sales staff.
- Monitor sales, stock, and store performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain proper inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and stock reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in textile/retail store management.
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Candidates with relevant textile retail experience are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
