- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate stock records, registers and inventory
- Handle material receipt, issue, GRN and documentation
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments
- Ensure proper storage, identification and preservation of materials
- Monitor stock levels and support timely material availability
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store
- Handle ERP/system-based inventory entries and reporting
