Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage the receiving, storage, inventory, and issuing of materials while ensuring proper stock control and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of food and beverage stores, with preference given to candidates experienced in checking the quality of fruits, vegetables, and other food items received.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect materials delivered to the hotel.
- Check the quality, freshness, quantity, and condition of fruits and vegetables.
- Check food items and other materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and available in stock.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of all items.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or requirements.
- Check expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
- Identify and report damaged, spoiled, expired, or poor-quality materials.
- Issue materials to the Kitchen, F&B;, Housekeeping, and other departments as per requirements.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Maintain proper documentation for receiving and issuing materials.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions in the store.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen, and other departments regarding store-related matters.

Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper in a hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience in food stores and fruits & vegetables receiving/checking will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and basic food safety practices.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work systematically.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
