Role Description The Store Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the construction material store. This includes managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring accurate documentation of receipts, issues, and returns of materials.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials, proper storage conditions,



and adherence to company policies.

The Store

Incharge will maintain organized storage areas, implement measures to prevent loss or damage, and regularly report on stock status and discrepancies. This position also requires maintaining clear communication with the procurement and accounts teams, supporting audits, and promoting safe and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, stock recording, and material handling.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support internal stakeholders and project teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, vendors, and management.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention or similar skills focused on minimizing material shrinkage, damage, and misuse.
- Relevant experience in construction material stores or industrial inventory management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory or ERP systems, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by solid experience.
