Job Title: Store & Purchase Executive

Employment Type: Full-TimeJOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to manage inventory and procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables while maintaining accurate stock levels and smooth store operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStore & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily stock of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, issue, and movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records through physical verification and system entries.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for material requirements.

Purchase & Procurement
- Generate purchase orders based on material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply and minimize material shortages.
- Source and evaluate vendors for quality, pricing, and delivery.




- Negotiate with suppliers and track purchase orders and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records and monitor supplier performance.

Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain inward/outward, purchase, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure proper storage hygiene and food safety practices.
- Prepare stock, purchase, and consumption reports.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Store & Purchase, preferably in FMCG/Dairy/Food.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Positive knowledge of store operations and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
