We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and disciplined Store Helper to support day-to-day store and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, arranging, handling, packing, picking, and dispatching materials while maintaining proper cleanliness and organization of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials from suppliers and assist in unloading and checking the quantity and physical condition.
- Arrange and store materials properly according to item type, size, specification, and location.
- Assist in material inward and outward activities.
- Pick materials as per invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and dispatch instructions.
- Pack materials safely and securely for transportation.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the store/warehouse.
- Support the Store In-Charge in stock counting and physical verification.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or mismatched materials immediately.
- Maintain proper placement and identification of materials to avoid unnecessary searching.
- Assist in labeling, tagging, weighing, and measuring materials wherever required.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Support the dispatch team in preparing materials for customer deliveries.
- Follow safety procedures while handling tools,



machinery parts, pipes, fittings, electrical items, and other industrial materials.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-Charge or management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass will be preferred.
- Previous experience in a store, warehouse, industrial, hardware, or trading company will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of counting, measurement, and material handling.
- Physically fit and capable of handling/loading materials as required.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of reading item names, quantities, and product labels.
- Willingness to learn about industrial products and store procedures.

Preferred Experience Experience with industrial products such as:

Valves | Pipes & Fittings | Hydraulic Hoses | Bearings | Chains | Couplings | Electrical Items | Tools | Rubber Products | Safety Items | Industrial Hardware

Working Responsibilities The candidate should be comfortable with:

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month
