Position: Store Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily material inward, outward, storage, and issue activities.
- Receive and verify raw materials, machine components, bought-out items, consumables, tools, and spares.
- Check materials against PO, invoice, challan, and quantity.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, transfer, and return records.
- Issue materials to Production, Assembly, PPC, Maintenance, and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase/PPC for material requirements.
- Maintain proper material identification, tagging, and storage locations.
- Identify and report shortage, excess, damaged, and non-moving materials.




- Maintain proper 5S, FIFO, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Update inventory records in ERP and MS Excel.
- Prepare stock and material movement reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Experience in CNC / Machine Manufacturing / Engineering Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, GRN, FIFO, and stock reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
