We are looking for a Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our watch retail store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in the watch or luxury retail industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide basic information about watches.
- Support the Store Manager and sales team in daily store operations.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of watches and other products.
- Assist with stock receiving, counting, tagging, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Assist in billing, packaging, and delivery-related activities when required.
- Handle products carefully and follow company procedures for stock security.
- Support customer service and ensure a positive store experience.
- Coordinate with the back office/warehouse team for stock requirements.
- Follow company policies and retail operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in watch retail / luxury retail will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English or good working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good numerical and stock-handling skills.
- Presentable, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a retail environment and flexible working hours.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Relevant retail experience will be an added advantage.
Location
Jodhpur Airport
Experience
2–3 years in retail/store operations preferred.
Candidates with watch industry experience will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
