TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Thorough knowledge in Stibo STEP Product Information Management (PIM) MDM platform
- Solid experience with JDK 17, Stibo STEP customization, and integration with enterprise retail systems.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, and data governance
- Experience with XML, JSON, SQL, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools)
- Experience with incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- . Knowledge of retail data governance frameworks and data quality tools.

Responsibility from the Role : Handle complex issues escalated from L2.

Identify root causes and propose permanent fixes.

Contribute to new feature development. Ensure code quality, unit testing, and adherence to standards.

Analyze system performance issues. Optimize code, queries, and configurations.
