We are looking for a passionate STEM Expert to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, electronics, IoT, and emerging technologies.

Job Overview

As a STEM Expert, you will work with school students and teachers to deliver practical STEM and Robotics learning sessions. You will facilitate hands-on projects, mentor students in innovation and competitions, and support the effective use of STEM labs and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in coding, electronics, robotics, and emerging technologies, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Electronics sessions for school students.
- Deliver hands-on, project-based learning activities involving robotics, IoT, drones, and electronics.
- Teach and facilitate basic coding concepts and programming activities.
- Introduce students to robotics, Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors, and 3D printing.
- Guide students in STEM competitions, innovation challenges, and project development.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practical projects based on student learning levels.
- Troubleshoot and maintain robotics kits, drones, electronics components, and STEM lab equipment.
- Collaborate with school teachers and management to effectively implement STEM programs.




- Mentor students in technology, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and supportive STEM lab environment.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in STEM, coding, robotics, IoT, and AI.
- Participate in training, professional development, and other educational initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in STEM, Robotics, Coding, Electronics, or technical training.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Arduino, microcontrollers, electronics, robotics, and IoT.
- Basic knowledge of drones, AI, coding, and 3D printing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python and basic web/app development will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to school students.
- Passion for STEM education, technology, and working with young learners.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different learning environments.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, project, or workshop experience in STEM/Robotics will be an added advantage.
