Job Responsibilities

1. This position is responsible for management of all Security & Loss prevention (SLP) activities for Jio business domain in the state.
2. He will oversee implementation of policies and procedures related to people services and protection of Company's assets (people, property, material & info) and be able to achieve reduction in shrinkages, contributing towards profitability of the company.
3. Five key outcomes for this role will be - people services related support, Assets Protection through access management and compliances, Loss Prevention through compliance audits, checks/investigations, Fraud Risk Mitigation and Business Continuity Support.

Education Requirement

- BA, B. Sc

Experience Requirement

- 8 - 12 years





Skills & Competencies

- Security Operations skilled with experience of handling a large team of Onroll and Outsourced manpower. He should have independently handled Investigations and Fraud Control.

He should have an in-depth knowledge of conducting Audits.
