DESCRIPTION:

We're SkaleCreatives, a creative partner for D2C brands spending $50k–$500k/month on Meta. We don't just deliver ads. We build structured testing systems that find winners and scale accounts. Our team has managed over $20M in ad spend, and we run our own D2C brand.

We're growing and looking for designers who can think like strategists: people who understand WHY an ad works, not just how to make it look good.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create high-converting static ads for Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels placements)
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT/GPT-Image, Nano Banana or similar) to generate visuals, then refine them to a pixel-perfect level in Figma
- Translate testing hypotheses (persona, angle, offer) into multiple ad variations
- Contribute your own ideas for angles, hooks and formats
- Work within brand guidelines while keeping ads native to the feed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, color
- Excellent Figma skills: components, auto layout, clean files, fast iteration
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation and prompting. You know how to get usable results and where AI output needs manual fixing.
- Deep knowledge of Meta ad formats: aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16),



safe zones, text placement, and how ads look on different placements
- Understanding of what makes static ads work: hooks, offer framing, social proof, before/after, UGC-style statics, comparison ads, etc.
- Portfolio with real Meta static ads (ideally with context on results)
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Reliable, fast turnaround, and able to take feedback

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and creative metrics (CTR, hook rate, CPA)
- Copywriting skills for ad headlines
