Role & responsibilities

- Dealer ans Sub Dealer Code Creation Check all necessary SOPs and documents

- Control over all schemes, working and monitoring of various of Schemes

- Mater Data management - Daily , Weekly , Monthly reports and MIS

- Internal as well as market intelligence data

- Plan, organize, control, and manage the day-to-day operation of the MIS unit and ensure accuracy and integrity of all MIS databases.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management and budget reports for submission to the Deputy.

- Implement recent systems and procedures in order to upgrade and streamline management reporting practices.

- Manage and implement continuous improvement measures to improve the efficiency and quality of management reporting.





- Review and revise financial forms as necessary to fulfill reporting requirements.

- Manage, develop and motivate the MIS team to ensure that all unit objectives are met, including the accurate and timely completion of related administration.

- Develops new or enhancement of functional requirements for CRM to ensure requirements will enhance the customer service provided by the bank in coordination with various business users.

- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager.

- Implementation SAP for Marketing Activities (PR/MIGO/SES & other Systems).

- Preparing Adhoc reports
