Role Description This full-time Staffing Recruiter role is a hybrid position based in Tirunelveli, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Staffing Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for temporary and long-term placements.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with front office to understand role requirements, posting job ads, maintaining candidate pipelines, and updating applicant tracking systems. The role also involves communicating with candidates and front office, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The Staffing Recruiter will contribute to improving staffing processes, meeting placement targets, and supporting compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Staffing Services and Temporary Placement skills to manage diverse workforce needs and placement types.
- Hiring and Recruiting skills to handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Robust Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Tirunelveli with remote tasks.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

In US staffing if you have No experience - Level 1, 1-3 Years experience - Level 2, >3 years experience- Level 3. Salary and benefits will be depending on this Level based on US staffing only experience.
