Key Responsibilities
Manage and support SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA).
Perform system installation, upgrades, patches, and refreshes.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
Manage transports and SAP landscape activities.
Handle backup, recovery, and system maintenance tasks.
Support user administration and security activities.
Work with teams during deployments and production support.
Ensure system availability and reliability.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of SAP Basis Administration.
Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA settings.
Knowledge of SAP upgrades, kernel patching, and transports.
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and databases.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
Knowledge of Fiori, Cloud (Azure/AWS), and automation tools.
ITIL certification is a plus.
