Role & responsibilities
Support new caf/store launch activities from planning to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.
Assist with store setup, inventory & equipment coordination.
Track launch timelines, daily progress and prepare basic Excel/Google Sheets MIS.
Provide on-ground support during store openings and coordinate with relevant teams.
Regular store visits and local travel will be part of the role.
Preferred candidate profile
Have experience in coordination and operations.
Have previously been involved in current store/caf openings.
Are currently working as a Caf Manager/Store Manager and want to explore a broader New Store Opening/Operations role.
Are comfortable with a field-oriented, rapid-paced environment.
Have solid coordination and execution skills.
