This is a comprehensive 6-month intensive training program designed to build strong professionals in sales and business development. Upon successful completion of the 6-month training, performance will be evaluated for further career progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Focus
During the 6-month period, trainees will undergo hands-on training in:
Counselling: Understanding customer needs, providing guidance, and building trust.
Tele calling : Developing solid interpersonal communication, client engagement,
and pitching skills.
Business Development: Lead generation, client acquisition, field/tele-sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
Fresher or candidates with 01 years of experience passionate about sales.
Robust communication and listening skills.
Target-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
