KeyResponsibilities:
Being customer centric, yearly meeting all internal / external customers /port terminal also customs and providing the best service to our customers. Focusing mainly on customers satisfaction by understanding their difficulties by simplifying the procedures
To arrange timely movement of all import containers within free period
To arrange effective yard stacking optimal yard space utilization
Effective housekeeping of the yard
Optimal space utilization in export/ import warehouse
Monitoring daily movement timely dispatch of reports
Attend supervise de- stuffing of LCL containers de-stuffing, delivery of imports
Attend carting/ stuffing of export cargo. Ensuring faster turnaround of vehicles containers
Optimal utilization of labours forklift equipment
Optimal utilization of Nestainer in import LCL
Co-ordinate with transporter for faster movement of import as well as exports / empty containers from to CFS
Attend all customer related issues for smooth running of CFS
To reply messages related to imports/ export operations to all customers
Liaise with customs/ Port officials proactively manage all permissions, matters to the satisfaction of CFS Operations
Timely / accurate submission of all daily operation reports
Co-ordinate with customers/ Port/ Lines for various permissions smooth running of CFS activities
Assistin all audit activities and providing all sort of inputs / data and make therecords available at the time of audit
