Customer Support Advisor Voice
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Handle escalations and irate customers with patience and empathy.
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.




Follow process guidelines and ensure a positive customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1 Year in Voice/Customer Service/BPO.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Valuable listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling international customers preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
