We are looking for a highly organized Creative Production Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our creative crew and clients. You will manage crew scheduling, travel bookings, and asset delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities
Coordinate client briefings and translate requirements into crew logs.
Schedule team bookings, equipment logs, and travel itineraries.
Track post-production progress and deliver final files.
Manage client calls and feedback queues.

Requirements
2+ years coordinating events, visual shoots, or production projects.
Highly articulate written and verbal communication.
A problem-solving mindset that stays calm under schedule constraints.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, calendar tools, and project management apps.

Preferred skills
Background in photography, film, or advertising design.
Familiarity with client portals or CRM software.
