Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a team responsible for debt recovery, loan collection, and NPA management.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements when necessary.
Analyze data to identify trends, prospects for improvement, and areas of risk.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in collections or related field (business loan, personal loans, supply chain finance).
Robust knowledge of debt recovery processes, including unsecured loans and field collections.
Proven track record in managing high-performing teams focused on loan recovery and NPA management.
