Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with Design Team to understand project-wise BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical material requirements.
Liaise with Project Execution Teams for project schedules, installation timelines, and material dispatch planning.
Prepare and maintain material requirement planning (MRP) for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Plan procurement requirements for:
Rooftop Solar Projects
C&I; Solar Projects
Ground Mounted Solar Projects
Overseas / International Projects
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project delays or shortages.
Track project-wise material consumption and monitor inventory requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase Team for raising procurement requests as per planning schedules.
Monitor long-lead items and ensure advance planning for critical materials.
Follow up with internal stakeholders for drawing approvals, revisions, and updated material requirements.
Prepare planning MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
Identify planning gaps, supply risks,
and proactively suggest corrective actions.
Support cost optimization through better forecasting and purchase planning.
Maintain proper documentation of planning records, schedules, and project trackers.

Robust planning and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Valuable understanding of supply chain / procurement workflow
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Advanced Excel / MIS reporting skills/ SAP /ERP
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / Management
3 to 6 years of experience in Planning / Procurement / Project Coordination
Experience in Solar / EPC Industry will be preferred
Knowledge of ERP / SAP
