Study engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
Prepare BOQs.
Verify client BOQs.
Prepare rate analysis for all items
Recommend cost optimization strategies.
Maintain estimation files.
Update standard BOQ templates.
Improve estimation methodologies.
Develop standard costing templates.
To prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and commercial proposals for geotechnical, geophysical, instrumentation, and civil engineering projects.
