About the role

We're hiring our first in-house content creator to bring our marketing to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and our product websites. You won't be inventing strategy from nothing. Campaign direction comes from our leadership and marketing agency each month. Your job is everything after that: you decide what gets made, when it posts, on which platform, and then you make it. You'll shoot it, edit it, design it, caption it, publish it. Around 70% of your output is product and sales content. The other 30% is employer branding.

What you'll do
Turn a high-level monthly campaign brief into a full content calendar: formats, platforms, timing, and the content itself
Shoot and edit video: product content, office culture, leadership interviews, short-form for Instagram and TikTok
Design graphics, carousels and visual assets for social and web
Write captions, hashtags and supporting copy (AI tools provided, judgement yours)




Publish and manage day-to-day across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and our websites
Pitch your own campaign ideas beyond the monthly brief
Suggest paid promotion where it would help; we review and approve based on budget

What we're looking for
2 to 4 years creating multi-platform content, in-house or for a small number of brands you owned end to end
Solid video skills: comfortable shooting solo and editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut or equivalent
Solid design skills in Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar
Fluent written English
You've run a content calendar yourself, from plan to post
A portfolio or showreel. Applications without one won't be considered.

Nice to have
Experience with a B2B or software company audience
Comfort reporting content performance (reach, engagement, growth) monthly
