Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and update medical charts regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow proper protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover during shift changes.
- Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe work workplace.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient care.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- DGNM B.Sc Nursing M.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
- Must have a valid Nursing Council Registration
- Must possess an RNR Certificate
- Freshers with RNR certificate or experienced candidates can apply (experience preferred for critical care areas).
- Good communication skills and patient-handling ability.
- Knowledge of nursing protocols, basic medical equipment, and hospital procedures.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Compassionate, responsible, and dedicated to patient care.
