- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients

- Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs accurately.

- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.

- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.

- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions.

- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.

- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care

- Aid in rehabilitation.

- Must exhibit evidence based practices.
