Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ICU/OT settings, focusing on the General and Ob Gyn departments.

- Deliver emergency support and interventions as required in critical care situations.

- Monitor and manage IV lines, ensuring accurate medication administration and fluid management.

- Operate and manage ventilators and other life-support systems as per established protocols.

- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques and patient safety.

- Conduct continuous patient monitoring, assessing vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition.

- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions and interventions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and discharge planning.
