Responsibilities – Staff Nurse

Job Title: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing

Location: Gurgaon Sector 47

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per prescribed treatment plans and hospital protocols.

- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, and other relevant parameters.

- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and treatment documentation.

- Monitor patients’ health condition and immediately report any significant changes or abnormalities to the concerned doctor.

- Ensure proper patient identification and follow medication and treatment safety protocols.

- Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and related nursing procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, infection-control practices, and proper disposal of biomedical waste.

- Ensure availability and proper handling of medicines,



medical equipment, and nursing supplies.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, treatment procedures, precautions, diet, and follow-up care as instructed by the doctor.

- Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their attendants.

- Handle basic emergency care and follow hospital emergency protocols whenever required.

- Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, pharmacists, front-desk staff, and other departments for smooth patient care.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.

- Ensure proper handover of patient-related information during shift changes.

- Participate in regular training, meetings, audits, and quality-improvement activities.

- Perform any other nursing or clinical duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge or management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
