Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our Critical Care team. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients while maintaining patient safety, clinical standards, and infection-control practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and clinical parameters.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Operate and monitor critical-care equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Monitor patients for changes in clinical condition and escalate concerns promptly.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Assist with emergency response and resuscitation procedures.




- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide appropriate communication and support to patients and attendants.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the patient-care area.

Eligibility

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ICU/CCU/Emergency/NICU/PICU preferred.
