Key Responsibilities

- Direct Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, administer oral and intravenous medications, dress wounds, and assist with daily hygiene and comfort needs. [1, 2]

- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient conditions upon admission, track ongoing recovery or decline, and report critical changes to physicians. [1]

- Care Coordination: Implement physician orders, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, dietitians), and hand over patient status accurately between shifts. [1, 2]

- Documentation: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records and clinical charts for legal and tracking compliance. [1, 2]

- Education & Support: Teach patients and their families about disease prevention, home care instructions, medication usage, and offer emotional reassurance. [1, 2]

- Ward Administration:



Maintain secure inventory levels of supplies, drugs, and equipment while enforcing hospital hygiene and safety rules. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).

- Registration: Valid active registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.

- Core Skills: Strong critical thinking, active communication, empathy, and the ability to handle high-stress medical emergencies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
