What You’ll Do

As a VCare@Home healthcare skilled, you may be responsible for providing patient care at the patient's home according to their care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional nursing and patient care at home
- Monitor and record vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature and SpO₂
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
- Support elderly and dependent patients
- Provide post-hospitalisation and post-operative care
- Assist patients recovering from illness, surgery, stroke or injury
- Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed, where applicable to your qualification
- Assist with feeding, mobility and positioning of patients




- Maintain proper hygiene and patient safety
- Support basic wound care and dressing as per training and clinical instructions
- Assist with catheter, feeding tube and other patient-care requirements according to training and scope of practice
- Communicate patient updates to family members and the VCare@Home care team
- Maintain patient care records and daily reports
- Follow healthcare, infection-control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and the care coordination team when required
- Provide compassionate, respectful and patient-centred care

Who Can Apply?

For Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing or relevant nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration as applicable
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and patient-care skills

For Assistant Nurse / ANM:

- ANM or relevant nursing/healthcare qualification
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Willingness to work in home healthcare

For GDA / HHA:

- GDA, HHA or relevant healthcare course preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates interested in building a career in healthcare and patient care are welcome
